The Rancho Bernardo Dog Park

This park is part of the Rancho Bernardo Community Park, which is under the auspices of the City of San Diego's Park and Recreation Department. To minimize costly damage and longer closure, the pens and playing fields are periodically closed during the rainy season. We appreciate your patience and understanding when they are closed.

Dog Park

Please remember it is a City ordinance that all dogs remain on leashes at all times in public places, except in the dog pens.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pen and/or field closures or any other community park issues, please contact the designated officials who deal with the issues ~ our Dog Park Liaison at Rbns1nest@aol.com, or the Community Park office at (858) 538-8129. Thank you again for your patience and understanding when we deem it necessary to close the pens and playing fields.
